Advertising terms

What you are buying
- A job advert, written for you and published for 28 days on the job boards in your package.
- Applications delivered to your own applicant dashboard, which stays yours.
- One flat fee per advert, plus VAT. No commission and no percentage of salary.
- Credits never expire — an unused credit sits on your account until you need it.
- Job advertising is self-managed advertising. It is not a search, and it carries no guarantee and no refund. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Your advert fee against a Guaranteed Hire search
If an advert runs its full term and the role is still open, the fee you paid for that advert comes off a Guaranteed Hire search for the same role. You are not out of pocket for having tried advertising first.
- It applies to the same role you advertised.
- The advert must have run its full term — an advert taken down early is not credited.
- Claim it within 60 days of the advert closing.
- One credit per role.
- The Guaranteed Hire fee is otherwise as quoted, and Guaranteed Hire is a separate service on its own terms.
- Job advertising itself carries no guarantee and no refund — this is a credit against a different service, not a promise about the advert.
Cancelling and changes
- Before an advert goes live you can change anything in it, or not run it at all — an unused credit stays on your account.
- Once an advert is published on the boards the fee has been spent on that placement.
- We will not publish an advert that breaches the Equality Act, and we will tell you why and rewrite it.
Your data
Applications belong to you. We hold your account details to run your advertising and to contact you about it; ask us and we will tell you exactly what we hold.
