Refer an employer, earn an advert.
If you know another employer who is hiring, share your link. When they place their first paid advert with us, we add one Standard credit to your account.
How it works
- Share your link with an employer who is hiring.
- They use it when they buy their first advert.
- Once that payment clears, one Standard credit lands in your account. We email you to say so.
The terms, in full
- One credit per company you refer, on their first paid advert. If three people at the same employer use your link, that is one referral.
- It has to be a payment. A credit being spent from an existing balance is not a first purchase — the money for that arrived earlier.
- They have to be new to us. An employer who has bought from Talent Finder before cannot be referred.
- You cannot refer yourself, or another address at your own company.
- No limit on how many employers you refer, and the credits never expire.
- A credit is one advert on the Standard package. It is not exchangeable for money.
- Job advertising and our Guaranteed Hire search service are separate products with separate terms; a referral credit applies to advertising.
